For another person to act on your behalf, you must supply the agent with one. The Authority to act as an agent form must be completed by the applicant and the agent.

The agent must also supply identification these being in the form of one primary and one secondary proof of identification.

Some transactions cannot be performed by an agent, for example, the Renewal of a Driver Licence as the Authority requires the applicant to do this in person as a photograph is required. An agent cannot establish the registration of a vehicle in the ACT.
